Zydeco is a combination of Cajun, Blues and Rhythm & Blues music. It’s a unique sound and hard to duplicate…just like this spice blend! We love this blend in long cooking dishes like smothered chicken, red beans and rice and soups. It’s also a great dry rub for grilled meats. Try it on chicken, thick cut pork chops and even steaks!
