The Turbo Air TCBE-48SDR-N Super Deluxe Series 2 Drawer Chef Base is built with heavy duty 16 gauge stainless steel. Chef Base top is manufactured of one-piece reinforced stainless steel to ensure durability. The digital temperature is displayed on the front panel and the refrigerator holds 33°F to 38°F. The top is insulated to eliminate heat transfer to the interior of the cabinet. The entire cabinet structure and solid doors are foamed-in-place using high density, CFC free polyurethane insulation. The side mount compressor unit is equipped with a fine mesh filter to the front of the condenser to catch dust, and a rotating brush that moves up and down daily to remove excess buildup outward and away. Each drawer accommodates up to 4″ deep sixth (1/6) size pans (not included). With innovative and eco-friendly technology, Turbo Air brings you hydrocarbon refrigerators designed to meet the new standards of the EPA and DOE in 2017. Hydrocarbon refrigerants do not deplete the ozone layer and have very low contribution to global warming (ODP-0, GWP-3).
