True utilizes stainless steel with a high tensile strength to minimize dents and scratches to the front, sides and top. The back of the unit is a matching finished aluminum. The Unit comes equipped with (9) 1/3 size, 6 inch deep, polycarbonate pans for ample ingredient space. Made of sanitary, high density, NSF approved polyethylene, the extra-deep 19-1/2 inch removable cutting board provides a tough preparation surface. The stainless steel, patented, foam insulated lids keep pan temperatures colder, lock in freshness, and minimize condensation. The entire side/back breathing cabinet structure and solid doors are foamed-in-place using Ecomate. Ecomate is a high density polyurethane insulation that has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP). Each drawer is fitted with a 12 inch long recessed handle and accommodates (1) full size 12 inch x 20 inch x 6 inch deep food pan. The drawers will also support varying size food pan configurations with divider bars. Each drawer and magnetic drawer gasket is removable for easy cleaning The cabinet has an attractive interior with a clear coated aluminum liner, stainless steel floor, and covered corners. The oversized, environmentally friendly (134A), patented forced-air refrigeration system holds 33F to 41F (.5C to 5C) in food pans and cabinet interior.
