Star 860TA Ultra-Max® Griddle is designed to be reliable, efficient, and accurate. Each 12 inch section has its own
independent mechanical, snap-action temperature control and the griddle surface is 1 inch thick, providing even cooking of a variety of products at the same time. Operates between 150F and 550F with 30,000 BTU for every 12 inch section of griddle and standing pilot ignition.
Constructed of a welded steel frame, stainless steel exterior, 4 inch stainless steel legs with 1 3/8 inch adjustment, 4 3/8 inch rear and side splash guard and a 3 1/2 inch grease trough for easy cleanup. Total 150,000 BTU, cULus, UL EPH Classified, Made in USA
