Ovention SHUTTLE S1200 Dual Operational Precision Impingement Oven runs in either Precision Impingement mode or traditional conveyor mode at the push of a button. Capable of cooking 32 pizzas per hour in conveyor mode (10″ pie, product dependent) and fits up to 14″ pizza, half size sheet. In shuttle mode, fits up to 12″ pizza, quarter size sheet.
Constructed with 304 stainless steel interior, 430 stainless steel exterior, stainless steel front, top, sides and back cool touch exterior. Cavity dimensions measure 3.5″ height x 14.6″ depth x 17″ width. External dimensions measure 20.24″ height with legs, 44.03″ width x 31.05″ depth.
