Leland Monitor 14 Series Pressure Balance Tub/Shower Trim
In the Leland collection, traditional styling and modern functionality come together in a timeless look. This Leland Monitor 14 Series tub and shower trim uses a single-function pressure balance valve cartridge to keep water temperature a balanced mix of hot and cold, protecting you from sudden changes in hot or cold water pressure. The valve trim has a lever handle and a 7″ diameter escutcheon plate with etched temperature indictor markings. Field adjustable to limit the handle rotation into the hot water zone (120 degrees maximum rotation). Trim set includes a single-function, 3-3/8″ diameter Touch-Clean shower head with Full Spray mode, a shower arm, a flange, and a 5-1/2″ tub spout with a pull-up diverter. Does not include a rough-in valve (sold separately).
