Don’t get any of our flavored oils confused with “infused” oils. Infusion implies the application of heat or a chemical process to add a flavor to oil. Our flavored oils–including this Jalapeño version–are true cold-press oils. Mission olives are sent through the press with fresh, lively jalapeños for a truly delicious experience. The seeds and membranes are removed from the peppers. This yields the flavor of the fruit of the jalapeños without the heat.
