This model features heavy duty, seasoned, cast iron grill plates, stainless steel construction, durable spring hinge with adjustable tension, ON/OFF switch. and non-skid rubber feet. The stainless steel tube protects wires from damage and the temperature is thermostatically controlled up to 570F. It heats to and maintains selected temperature, ensuring even heating and thorough cooking (allow 15-30 mins. to heat before grilling). Includes attached 4-foot power cord and plug, stainless steel catch tray, which is easy to remove for cleaning and grooved stainless steel scraper for removal of food debris included with grooved models.
