This charbroiler features four stainless steel U-style burners allowing for even heat distribution and consistent cooking. The unit sits on adjustable 4 inch stainless steel legs for stability on the countertop. It comes standard as a gas powered charbroiler but it can also convert into char rock or combination radiant/char rock.
