Designed for light commercial use, this water heater activates only when the water is running to cut energy waste. Provides an endless hot water supply and is 99% energy efficient since there’s no storage tank to heat and deplete. Ideal for use with multi-lav configurations (up to three), sensor, or metering faucets, dishwashers, commercial kitchens, emergency eye wash fountains, and low-volume showers. Easy and cost-effective to install, it requires no temperature and pressure valve and connects to one hot and one cold water line using simple compression fittings that require no soldering. The unit mounts directly to the wall with common hardware. Tankless system reduces calcification and sedimentation caused by standing water and prevents Legionella bacteria growth. Features an ABS UL rated 94V0 cover, a replaceable Ni Chrome cartridge insert, a high temperature limit switch, a standard temperature range of 100 degrees to 140 degrees F, and a maximum operating pressure of 150 psi.
