Axis AX-TDS Dough Sheeter
Sheet and stretch puff pastries, Danish bread and various doughs using the Axis AX-TDS Dough Sheeter. Features heavy duty aluminum alloy head housing, protective safety guards on both sides of rollers, forward / reverse single push button and automatic overload protection. The roller speed is approximately 540mm per second and dough thickness is adjustable between 3-50mm.
